There is little difference between parchment paper brands, so when shopping for one on Amazon, I simply chose by best price for the quantity. Unfortunately, the "30 foot length" description is completely incorrect. In reality, this product gives you 30 square inches of parchment, which equates to a 2.5 foot roll. What this really means is that you are buying an item that is around 1/10 of the quantity advertised. I've contacted Amazon who I'm sure will update the listing, but until then, I'd look for another option as this one's around twice as expensive as it should be.Other than this issue, I'm sure the product itself is just fine.

Though the 12-inch width fits most non-professional pans better than the typical 15, this baking parchment is thinner than other brands we've tried. Thus, it is poor in the non-stick department. leaving lots of residue on the surface, and cannot be re-used for subsequent batches. Moreoever, the roll, while packaged in a cardboard box, lacks a stabilizer tube. We would not buy it again, especially since it is also more expensive than the wider brand we were using.

Seems like everywhere I tried to buy parchment paper locally only sold the 15" rolls. I wanted the narrower rolls to fit my pans. Love this 12" paper.
