This product is made of parchment/paper, it's the essential item you need to use thesunbeam grill. Without the bags you're outta luck, the grill is useless!! The bags although a paper product do hold up well in the cooking process & do retain the fat in lower bag. I have only had one bag sort of fall apart in machine, a pair of tongs retrieved bag without further damage. I have not found these bags in retail stores, so one is at the mercy of amazon's private dealers! Read NO PRIME postage. These bags are expensive & can be fragile; but I love cooking with the grill & I'm careful with bags. Hope this helps.

The top part that hooks on the rocket grill come apart and the parchment pouch falls into the grill or they come apart when you are takeing it to put the meat on a plate.THIS COULD BE HARMFUL IF A PERSON WAS BURNED REACHING FOR THE PACKET WHEN IT WAS DETACHED AND FALLING?It is very annoying and I am displeased at the $60.00 I spent to purchase them.I will not buy anymore of them from Amazon.

I have been using Sunbeam Rocket Grill for over four years and been very happy with it. I have purchase many pouches and have never had any problems until I used these pouches. The pouches have silicone-coated nonstick surface but every meat cooked with these pouches stick to the pouch. I must tear the pouch apart to remove cooked the meat. Larger pieces of meat (over about 8 oz.) would sink into the fat reservoir at the bottom of the pouch and that part would not cook properly. I have to cut larger pieces in half and cook them in different pouches.
